PAUL HARTGE

Paul, the CEO and co-founder of OneSpot, is responsible for the strategic direction, operational success, and financial health of the business. He oversees strategic partnerships and industry relations as well as manages the board and investor relations. A longtime entrepreneurial software executive, Paul has successfully built technology start-ups, focusing on product and service enhancements.

CHRISTINE SCHNEIDER

Christine co-founded OneSpot. She is the Executive VP of Services for the company, having responsibility for practice onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support. With 25 years of billing experience both in practice and for RevCycle Partners, Christine has been instrumental in ensuring OneSpot serves the specific needs of billers and practice owners.

CINDY BRADEN

Cindy is Vice President of Sales at OneSpot. She leverages her expertise in technology and eyecare to lead her team and provide exceptional service to our customers. Cindy's dedication to excellence makes her invaluable to our sales efforts. Her extensive sales background includes 11 years at RevolutionEHR, where she built the sales and marketing organization from the early start-up phase of the company through a successful private equity exit.

DAVE GOETZ

With over twenty years in strategic marketing, working with more than 250 companies in health care, technology and financial services, Dave oversees the marketing strategy and the implementation of marketing programs for OneSpot, including development of branding, messaging, marketing campaigns, and coordinating efforts with the company’s sales goals.

JIM SCHNEIDER

Jim serves as CTO of OneSpot and has ownership of our technology vision. With a long history of developing web-based systems in healthcare IT, Jim has rich technology experience in the optometry space. He co-founded RevolutionEHR, the first cloud based EHR/PMS system in optometry. Jim fronts our integration efforts with other eyecare technology systems.

JULIE BEECHER

With a career spanning over three decades in the eyecare industry, Julie joined RevCycle Partners as its Product Manager, with the primary focus on the development of OneSpot. Julie’s unique combination of in-practice experience along with her software product management background enables her to drive the evolution of OneSpot to meet the needs of our market.

BILL FRIKKEN

With over 20 years in web application development, Bill Frikken is OneSpot’s Director of Software Engineering. Bill is responsible for all technical aspects of the development of OneSpot, from engineering processes to managing the software development team, to ensuring steady operations of our applications and data center.

DAVE WRIGHT

Dave fronts the finance and accounting areas for OneSpot and is responsible for financial systems, financial reporting, and our banking relationships. Dave brings in-depth knowledge and experience to OneSpot, having spent 30+ years managing finance & HR operations at startups, Fortune 500, and Big 4 accounting firms.

JON KETTNER

Responsible for IT and Security, Jon plays a behind-the-scenes role that keeps OneSpot operating smoothly. Jon manages all aspects of our IT infrastructure, including endpoint PC deployment, helpdesk, and administration of our cloud applications. Given our health care domain, Jon gives priority to all things security related. He defines and monitors our security policies, security training, and HIPAA compliance policies.

MELISSA JACOBSON

In her role as Director of Billing Operations, Melissa influences the direction and roadmap of OneSpot by championing the needs of the billers and practice owners. In addition to managing an organization of 100+ billers for RevCycle Partners, Melissa brings the experience of managing a 10 location eyecare enterprise. She is uniquely qualified to help drive the direction of OneSpot.

Dave and his team have consulted with more than 300 companies in health care, technology, and financial services in the past two decades.
